Crafting Archive is a sustainable fashion platform centered around creativity, craftsmanship and conscious consumption. Through sewing patterns, upcycled garments and educational content, the goal is to inspire a more thoughtful approach to fashion. One where existing materials are reimagined and clothing is made to last.

At its core, Crafting Archive believes fashion should be fun, creative, personal and sustainable. By sharing ideas, inspiration and accessible sewing patterns, the hope is to encourage more people to explore making, mending and reworking their own clothes.

Every piece and pattern is created with a love for craftsmanship and a desire to contribute to a slower, more mindful fashion industry.

About the founder

What first drew me into fashion was a love for the craftsmanship behind clothing. I became fascinated by textiles, construction and the artistry involved in creating garments, and eventually pursued a degree in pattern cutting.

But by the time I graduated, I felt conflicted, sick to my stomach even. The fashion industry is exploitative, environmentally damaging and one of the largest contributors to the climate crisis. And I had just dedicated my future to becoming part of it.

So I decided that if I can’t join them, beat them. 

Since then, my work has focused on finding more sustainable approaches to fashion through upcycling, craftsmanship, education and conscious design. That journey has led to inspiring collaborations, meaningful experiences and ultimately to the creation of Crafting Archive.

My hope is that this space inspires you to see clothing differently. Not as something disposable, but as something worth creating, repairing and caring for.
